Jessica Smith
Welcome - I’m Jessica!
I am happy you are here. My name is Jessica, and I am currently pre-licensed (awaiting my LGPC designation). I enjoy supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, neurodivergence, and chronic stress from the preteen stage (12+) through adulthood. I am passionate about supporting women through every stage of life, including the perinatal period, which is one of the most transformative. I work from a warm, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed approach.
I strive to create an authentic and genuine therapeutic relationship, where my clients feel safe processing the complexities of daily living. I use techniques that are evidence-based and encompass whole-person healing. Introducing mindfulness to clients is something I genuinely treasure, given the meaningful impact it’s had on my personal life.
I recognize that initiating therapy is a meaningful act of self-care and making that first call takes courage. I am dedicated to making your healing journey from our first session feel safe, clear, and supported, so you do not feel like you are navigating it alone.
Jessica is awaiting her license to practice in Maryland under the supervision of a board-certified supervisor (Karen Savage, LCPC) and will offer services in-person and via telehealth.
