Our licensed therapists provide services to clients in Maryland, with offices in Howard County and telehealth services offered statewide.

Karen is the proud owner of Savwell and works primarily with mamas navigating life adjustments and/or perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, women experiencing anxiety, depression, or looking to process trauma. Karen also works with women and couples navigating infertility and loss.

Karen is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider and uses EMDR in her therapeutic work.

Megan is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) specializing in working with women, teens, and transitional-aged young adults. She specializes in navigating anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, motherhood, blended family dynamics, hormonal changes, and healing from past trauma. Megan’s approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and recognizes the important connection between the mind and body.

Megan offers telehealth services and has daytime availability.  

Marissa is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a strong foundation in supporting adolescents and adults through emotional and behavioral challenges. Marissa’s clinical focus includes using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to treat perinatal/postpartum mood and trauma-related disorders.

Ranger is currently training to become our office therapy dog. For in-person clients working with Karen, Ranger can join the beginning or end of your session as he builds his skills!

Amy is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and experienced school counselor who has supported students and families from pre-kindergarten through high school. Amy’s clinical interests include working with women who are navigating anxiety, depression, family/relationship concerns, grief, and trauma.

Amy offers services via telehealth and has evening and weekend availability.  

Emily is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with experience working with adolescents, families, and adults. Her background as a school counselor gives her deep insight into the challenges young people and families face. She has a special interest in working with parents navigating change.

Alecia is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who supports women through trauma, grief, and life transitions. She uses a person-centered, holistic approach to help clients heal, build self-love, and reconnect with purpose.

Andrea is a bilingual clinician (English/ Spanish) who works primarily with older teens and twenty-somethings through the ups and downs of life while lending a compassionate, listening ear. She is experienced as a school-based clinician and sees teens 16+ and adults. Andrea offers services virtually with afternoon and evening availability.
