Megan Lee, LMSW
Sometimes life feels heavier than it should. Whether you're navigating anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, motherhood, blended family dynamics, hormonal changes, or healing from past trauma, you don't have to face it alone.
I specialize in working with women, teens, and transitional-aged young adults, providing a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and recognizes the important connection between the mind and body.
Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic interventions, and parts work, I help clients develop practical coping skills while addressing the deeper patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Together, we'll work toward greater confidence, resilience, and a life that feels more balanced and authentic.
I am licensed to practice in Maryland and offer services via telehealth for teens (ages 16+) and adults.
